Anne Isabella Milbanke

Anna Isabella Milbanke was born on May 17, 1792, in London. She later died of breast cancer on May 16, 1860, in London. She married George Noel Gordon Byron (also know as Lord Byron) on January 2,1815, but he had to propose twice.  He called her "Princess of Parallelograms" because she was interested in mathmatics. She was gifted in science and mathmatics, and she was gratelful for the chance to recieve an education. After about a year they had a divorce.  She had one daughter named Augusta Ada Byron. Though her named changed several times by the end of her lifetime, she still can be considered successful regardless of all the troubles in her life.

Dimensions of Tennessee

Tennessee is about 440 miles long and 120 miles wide. If it were a perfect parallelogram, then the total square miles of Tennessee would be 52,800 square miles. However, the actually amount of squared miles in Tennessee is 42,146 square miles.

Area Formula Similarities Explained

          The reason that you use the same formula to find the area of parallelograms, rectangles, squares, and rhombi is because to make a rectangle become a parallelogram all one must do is cut out a triangle with a ninety degree agle to the base, and then flip it and place it on the side opposite of where you cut the triangle to make a parallelogram, and vice-versa.

Geometry Chapter 10

                 Chapter ten of our geometry text books has taught me many things. I've learned about how all lines on a circle can relate to each other. I can now find the angles of any number of lines within a circle. There is also apparently a type of tangent different from the unknown formula within a calculator. This chapter brings together why certain theorms involving angle and side lengths for triangles tie together with circles. All this information can be used for the occupation of mechanic. Mechanics must create parts of cars that must work a certain way once attached to a wheel. They also have to design gears and find legths and angles of massive projects.

I would like to know: How do you find the measures of an oval?
